Authorities in Sauk County want to talk to the two people who drove up to the entrance of St. Clare Hospital early Saturday morning and dropped off a seriously injured man.
Those people have been identified after a call for help was posted on social media.
Video surveillance shows the two laying the victim with “significant” head and facial injuries on the curb.
A person at the hospital helped the two get him into a wheelchair, then the two left.
Their names haven’t been released.
Investigators want more information about how the man was hurt.
