Motorists in Two Rivers can rejoice, as two major road re-construction projects are now done, and a third is nearing completion.
According to City Manager Greg Buckley, the reconstruction of 24th Street between Forest Avenue and Jefferson Street is done, as is the project on 25th Street.
The only thing left to do on 24th Street is to plant some trees, which will be discussed at the Public Works Committee meeting on October 6th.
Meanwhile, the Madison Street reconstruction project has made major strides.
Utility work is now done, and the grading and paving operations began yesterday (September 27th).
That work is expected to continue well into October.
