An Oshkosh man is pleading not guilty to charges he stabbed his girlfriend more than 70 times.
Phillip Dellar is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
He is scheduled for a pre-trial conference in Winnebago County Court in mid-November.
Investigators say he killed Leianna Mule at their apartment in Fox Crossing on July 25th.
Dellar initially told dispatchers and the responding officers that a man broke into their apartment and stabbed both of them.
Witnesses have told investigators Mule was angry at Dellar for cheating on her and she planned to leave him.
