The Manitowoc County Planning and Park Commission has two meetings scheduled for today.
The first is scheduled to take place at 3:30 PM in the County Office Complex on Expo Drive, where they will have several Public Hearings.
Most of the five hearings are related to zoning, with the fifth calling for an ordinance amendment for Chapter 4 of the Manitowoc County Code titled “finance” to allow for application, special assessment, and permit fee increases.
Then, at 4:00 PM, the Commission will give the public time to comment before reviewing the public hearings and discussing the Industrial Site Plan for Wisconsin Steel & Tube.
They will also look over some development plans for projects in the towns of Schleswig and Liberty.
