A barn in rural Manitowoc County was completely destroyed by a fire early Sunday morning.
According to the Brillion Fire Department, the fire started at around 4:00 AM in a barn located at 24102 Manitowoc Road in the Town of Maple Grove.
By the time crews arrived, the barn was already starting to collapse, but firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading to the nearby home and shed.
Due to the sheer size of the fire, it took crews about an hour to fully extinguish the blaze.
There were no injuries reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Over a dozen agencies responded to the incident from all over Manitowoc, Calumet, and Brown Counties.
