Veteran kicker Mason Crosby booted a 51-yard field goal as time ran out in the Packers’ 30-28 victory at San Francisco Sunday night.
The 49ers had taken a narrow lead with 37 seconds to go on a pass from Jimmy Garoppolo to Kyle Juszczyk.
Then, Aaron Rodgers found Davante Adams with a pair of crucial passes on a quick drive down the field to make way for Crosby’s winner.
Rodgers connected on 23-of-33 passes for 261 yards and two touchdowns, and Adams caught a dozen passes for 132 yards.
Aaron Jones rushed 19 times for 82 yards and Green Bay’s other T-D.
The Packer defense held San Francisco off the scoreboard until the final play of the first half.
The Packers return home to host Pittsburgh Sunday.
