A Manitowoc man is facing charges after he was found to be in possession of child pornography.
The Manitowoc Police Department received a tip that a computer in the 1500 block of South 26th Street had sent or received child porn, which led to a search warrant being issued by Judge Robert Dewane.
During their search, police found a video of a prepubescent girl being sexually assaulted by the man who owns the computer.
The man was confronted by police, and admitted his fault, explaining that the video was made in Minnesota.
A total of 21 videos were recovered, all of which involved prepubescent children, including infants.
At this time, the 26-year-old man has only been charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography, but the evidence is still being sifted through.
