Left tackle Elgton Jenkins is among four players the Packers have added to the first injury report for this week.
Jenkins didn’t practice with the team Wednesday and his status for the game at San Francisco is uncertain.
He’s dealing with an ankle injury after playing all 65 offensive snaps in the win over the Lions.
That injury list includes the names of nine players, including emerging rookie cornerback Eric Stokes.
The other two new names on the list are outside linebacker Rashan Gary and cornerback Chandon Sullivan.
Tight end Josiah Deguara returned to practice Wednesday but was limited.
Offensive lineman Lucas Patrick is no longer on the list.
Center Josh Myers is listed with a finger injury, but he was a full participant.
Safeties Darnell Savage and Vernon Scott participated Wednesday on a limited basis.
