
A Green Bay teenager has been sentenced in a 2020 OWI case.
18-year-old Ayne Valle-Nunez was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle with five other charges were read into the record back in June, and she will now spend 45 days in jail.
Valle-Nunez was driving a vehicle after a night of drinking, and lost control while on the Main Street Bridge.
Two of the passengers in the car were ejected, and one was thrown into the Fox River.
The passenger that ended up in the river was rescued, and no fatalities were reported.
Valle-Nunez addressed the court prior to her sentencing and apologized saying she was naïve and made a series of bad decisions.
The Judge also ordered that she be placed on probation for three years, and her license revoked for two years.
