A hearing this morning (September 17th) in Kenosha County will determine what evidence can be presented in the Rittenhouse case.
Teenager Kyle Rittenhouse is charged with killing two men during the protests last summer over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Prosecutors want to show the jury a 29-second video they say shows Rittenhouse talking about firing his rifle at people he thought were shoplifters.
They believe evidence like that will help provide his intent.
Defensive attorneys say the Illinois man was acting in self-defense.
His trial is scheduled to start with jury selection on November 1st.
