Vintage racers from across the U.S. will take to the track this weekend as Road America hosts the Ariens Art on Wheels Weekend featuring VSCDA.
The annual celebration of vintage and historic sports cars attracts over 280 cars to the famed 4-mile, 14-turn road course.
The fan-friendly paddock is open to spectators for close-up views of amazing racing machines prepared to era specifications all weekend.
The first of two feature races will be the 50th Anniversary of the 2.5-liter challenge and will include 2.0-liter Trans-Am cars.
The second is the Peter Brock All American challenge, which nods to Peter’s relationship with the Shelby cars and his design talents for the 1963 Corvette Stingray.
Tickets and camping information can be found at RoadAmerica.com or by calling 800-365-7223. Anyone 16-years-old and under is free with a paying adult at the gate.
