A shortage of vendors and other workers forced organizers of Oktoberfest in Appleton to cancel the gathering for the second straight year.
The event was planned for September 25th. The number of vendors is down by as much as 50%.
Organizers also said they struggled to find both paid and volunteer workers for the event this year.
