A 48-year-old Dunn County man is scheduled for sentencing after a jury found him guilty of the repeated sexual assault of a child.
The court was told the assaults by Timothy Cocherell happened over a six-year period starting in 2011 when the victim was 12 or 13 years old.
Charges were filed two-and-a-half years ago.
Following the jury’s guilty verdict last week, Cocherell’s bond was revoked due to the severity of his crimes.
The judge set a sentencing date for November 17th.
