Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley
“Just one ‘problem property’ can negatively impact an entire block or neighborhood.”
Those were the words used by Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley in his monthly letter to residents.
In the letter, he informed residents that there is an ordinance in place, where the owners of homes deemed a “chronic nuisance” would be required to meet with City officials to determine a course of action in how to fix the situation.
Failure to abide by the plan of action agreed on by both parties would result in them receiving a letter from the Police Department giving them 10 days to respond and address any violations.
Those who fail to cooperate will be fined anywhere from $200 up to $5,000 plus the costs of enforcement/abatement.
