
An Oconto man has been sentenced for his role in a 2019 overdose death.
Brian Blasing will spend the next 19 years in prison, which will be followed by 12 years of extended supervision.
Blasing was convicted on two charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide by Delivering Drugs as Party to the Crime after he was found to have delivered the Fentanyl that caused the death of Terry Westphal in the Town of Pound.
A co-defendant in the case, Chasity Denny, was also recently sentenced to a total of six years of initial confinement and 10 years of extended supervision.
