A sexual assault complaint against a Green Bay pastor has been dismissed.
Manuelus Reacco reached a plea agreement last month by pleading no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct.
He will be sentenced October 15th.
The 63-year-old Reacco is the founder of Transformation House in Green Bay and is listed as a pastor at Faith Tabernacle Outreach, a housing facility, food pantry, and substance abuse program.
One of his employees had accused him of inappropriate touching.
