The Manitowoc Police Department has asked for the public’s help in identifying an individual involved in a hit and run that occurred Tuesday afternoon (August 31st).
According to the release, the incident occurred at the Dairy Queen Shell station located at 808 Memorial Drive at around 1:50 PM.
The suspect, who was wearing a camo hat, grey tank top, camo shorts, and black and grey shoes, was driving a red and white moped and fled the scene north on Johnston Drive.
