A Dane County man will make an 8:30 a-m court appearance this morning where he is expected to enter a plea.
23-year-old Chandler Halderson is accused of killing both of his parents.
Court documents reveal Halderson withdrew his demand for a speedy trial Monday.
He is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of Bart and Krista Halderson. Bart is a graduate of Valders High School.
Chandler also faces several other felony charges.
Authorities still haven’t released the identity of the third set of human remains found on the family property.
