A Manitowoc man was found passed out in front of a furniture store and was found in possession of several cans of air duster.
Manitowoc Police Officers went to check on the man, who was in the fetal position on the ground outside of Bitter Neumann at around 8:00 PM on Monday (August 30th).
The responding officers found him to be in possession of an empty air duster can, and a backpack filled with more full fans of air duster.
They were able to wake the man up, and he admitted to consuming the air duster.
The man denied any medical attention and was taken into police custody.
He has been charged with Possession of a Hazardous Substance with Intent to Distribute, and two counts of Bail Jumping, one Felony and one Misdemeanor.
