One of the men who was charged in the 2017 death of a man in a parking lot in Fond du Lac has pleaded guilty.
26-year-old Jesse Schultz agreed to enter a guilty plea on a reduced charge of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, which means he will not be going on trial as scheduled next month.
The other man arrested in the shooting death of Logan Foster in 2017, Devon Neuman, was found guilty of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide last month.
A witness to the incident outside the Press Box Tavern claims that Schultz and Neuman confronted Foster outside the bar in an apparent robbery attempt.
Foster refused to give up the cash he had, and he was shot and killed for his troubles.
Schultz is facing up to 60 years in prison while Neuman faces a life sentence. Both will be sentenced the week of November 1st.
