The family of a 12-year-old Milwaukee boy killed Sunday morning says he was beaten with a hammer.
No arrests have been made, but police say they know who the suspect is; they think he is an adult family member.
Andre Smith the Second was reportedly killed because his attacker thought the boy had taken some cash.
The victim’s eight-year-old brother witnessed the attack and was also injured.
The boys’ aunt and her boyfriend rushed the victims to a Milwaukee hospital, but doctors weren’t able to save Andre.
