Motorists in Green Bay are being asked to avoid the southbound lanes of traffic of Packerland Drive between Hazelwood Lane to Poplar Springs Circle as police are dealing with a traffic situation.
According to the Green Bay Police Department, a vehicle crashed into a utility pole, which dropped some powerlines onto the roadway.
Wisconsin Public Service has been called to the scene as well to help restore power.
The closure is expected to last until around 7:00 AM, so drivers are being asked to plan alternate routes.
