The Two Rivers Police Department was involved in a slow-speed chase over the weekend.
The situation began on Sunday when the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department asked the Two Rivers Police Department to help locate a vehicle that was suspected of multiple traffic violations throughout the County.
An officer located the vehicle and attempted to perform a traffic stop, but the 29-year-old female driver refused to stop.
After a short slow-speed pursuit, which only last about one mile, the vehicle was stopped in the area of 22nd and East River Streets.
The driver was detained, questioned, and released after receiving traffic citations from the TRPD.
