The heavy rain experienced late last week and over the weekend resulted in the cancellation of several events in the area.
One of these was the Book and a Movie event that was scheduled for last Friday (August 27th) in Manitowoc’s Washington Park.
The showing of the 2010 Dreamworks classic “How to Train Your Dragon” will now be held on Friday, September 10th at Washington Park starting at 7:30 PM.
This is the final Book & a Movie event in a three-part series sponsored by the Manitowoc Public Library and the Manitowoc Parks & Recreation Division.
