Understanding and recognizing the importance of culture and gender experience is vitally important when working with children.
That’s why the focus of this year’s Wisconsin CASA annual conference is “Representation.”
The virtual conference will take place from Noon until 1:00 PM November 8th through the 12th. It is free and open to all interested adults.
The Wisconsin Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Association champions and gives a voice to abused and neglected children by supporting and growing local CASA programs.
The series of programs include titles of “A Tribal Judge’s Experience with CASA”, “An Introduction to Cultural Humility”, and “The Transgender Journey”.
