One of the two people who were found passed out in a Manitowoc Park bathroom earlier this month is once again facing drug charges.
An officer with the Manitowoc Police Department saw the 33-year-old man riding a bike yesterday morning (August 26th), and recognized him from previous contacts.
The man was known to have warrants out for his arrest, so the officer made contact with him.
Prior to being searched, the man willingly gave up a folding knife he had in his pocket.
He was then found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and hypodermic needles, and was arrested.
He has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and a Concealed Knife, as well as two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
