The Eau Claire North High School football team is looking for its second straight win at Superior tonight (August 27th).
That’s news because the Huskies won for the first time in 51 games last week against La Crosse Logan.
North hadn’t tasted victory since the 2015 season.
The Huskies held a 20-14 lead after a quick score following an hour-long weather delay.
Logan had to possessions to try to tie it up, but couldn’t push it in.
That 51-game losing streak was the longest active one in Wisconsin, but it’s just a bad memory now.
