The 54-year-old man who was found guilty in a 2018 fatal traffic crash has been sentenced.
Terence Cisler was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Homicide by Negligent Operation of a Vehicle and was sentenced to spend four months in jail, followed by five years of probation, and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
The incident occurred on May 15th, 2018, and resulted in the death of 57-year-old Rodney Bosdeck.
Cisler reportedly made a left turn in front of Bosdeck, who was riding his motorcycle on Highway 29 in the Town of Eaton.
Cisler admitted to smoking marijuana prior to getting behind the wheel, but the criminal complaint stated that it did not appear that Cisler was impaired.
