Quarterback Jordan Love was held out of Green Bay’s first joint practice with the New York Jets Wednesday.
After the injury he suffered in a strip-sack against the Texans, an M-R-I revealed no damage.
The Packers are still taking a conservative approach with the former first-round draft pick.
Head coach Matt LaFleur says he will give Love “every opportunity” to play against the Jets Saturday, but he also says the team will continue to be conservative and not force Love.
The Packers have signed jake Dolegala to play quarterback if Love isn’t able to go.
