A homicide trial has been delayed again in the death of a 77-year-old Wausau man.
The jury trial for Lee Franck has been scheduled to begin next April in Marathon County court.
Franck had been scheduled to go on trial this fall but the defense asked for more time to go over new materials.
The trial has been delayed several times during the coronavirus pandemic and once because members of the defense team were changed.
Franck is accused of killing Lyle Leith in his Wausau garage during a dispute.
Leith was the father of Franck’s former girlfriend.
