The parents of one of the two men killed during last summer’s protests in Kenosha accuses law enforcement officers of facilitating Kyle Rittenhouse’s attacks.
Rittenhouse shot Anthony Huber to death August 25th.
Huber was part of demonstrations against the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Huber’s family has filed a federal civil lawsuit against the Kenosha Police Department and the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department.
The suit alleges police invited Rittenhouse and other armed men to patrol Kenosha streets with deadly weapons.
Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum were shot to death and a third man was injured.
