A bicyclist was struck by a car while riding in a roundabout in Oshkosh.
The 56-year-old man was riding his bike in the roundabout located at 9th Avenue and the I-41 North on-ramp just before noon yesterday (August 12th), when he was struck by a car.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were not specified.
The Oshkosh Police Department, their Accident Investigation Team, and Detectives were all called to the scene to investigate, closing down the roundabout for a while.
No names have been released, and more information is expected to be released sometime soon.
