The storms last night (August 10th) caused some serious problems in Outagamie and Brown Counties.
Things got really bad near Nichols and Black Creek, as a tornado touched down at around 6:15 PM, with many residents in the area experiencing property damage and blackouts.
The storm system then moved east into Brown County, causing flooding, and damage to trees, and powerlines.
The Village of Allouez warned citizens to not approach downed powerlines, and not to cut up any downed trees, as there may be hidden electrical wires.
Thousands in the area were impacted by power outages, some of which were still without power this morning.
