Third Man Involved in Preble High Schooler’s Death Convicted

The third suspect in the shooting death of a Green Bay Preble High School student in 2019 has been convicted.

20-year-old Gavin Rock was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and Reckless Homicide as a Party to the Crime.

Rock was with Colton Kehoe, Jarid Stevens, and Jared Willquette on February 22^nd, 2019 as they went to meet 18-year-old Federico Abarca to deal THC Vape cartridges.

The deal went sour, and Abarca was shot and killed.

Rock’s sentencing is scheduled for October 6^th. Stevens will be in court the same day.
