Shoreline Metro Transit in Sheboygan has received an award from the Federal Transit Administration.
The public transit system in Sheboygan was given the Achievement of Excellence recognition following the FTA review of the organization.
Such reviews are done every three years to ensure each transit organization is following all FTA rules and regulations.
This is the second time Shoreline Metro has received this award.
The last time was in 2017, which was the last time they were inspected by the FTA.
