The Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) awarded more than $4.7 million to 34 Sheboygan County restaurants and businesses in July 2021 to assist with business operations and expenditures.
In total, the RRF contributed $28.6 billion to over 100,000 restaurants, bars, and food and beverage businesses across the country.
The American Rescue Plan Act formed the RRF to help restaurants and other businesses stay open.
The program provided eligible businesses with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business.
Businesses can use the funds for a wide range of business expenses.
