A Manitowoc Police Officer pulled over a vehicle early Sunday morning (August 8th) and ended up arresting the two occupants on drug charges
The officer was finishing up an unrelated traffic stop on Waldo Boulevard just after 12:30 AM when he ran the plates of a car that had a plate that didn’t match the vehicle.
He pulled the car over in the 1000 block of West Crescent Drive and spoke to the male driver and female passenger.
The officer noted that the duo were acting strange, and were also under a court order to have no contact with each other.
A search of the vehicle uncovered methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia, which resulted in the arrest of both parties.
The 21-year-old man was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping, while the 23-year-old woman was charged with Felony Bail Jumping, as well as Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, THC, her second offense, and Drug Paraphernalia.
