In partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) will be hosting a webinar on the Wisconsin Harvest of the Month Campaign.
School food service staff, producers, distributors, suppliers serving schools, and organizations supporting farm-to-school efforts are invited to attend the event on August 23rd.
The webinar will focus on the purpose of the campaign and how to participate, DATCP’s Minimally Processed Farm to School Veggie Pilot Project, menu planning for school nutrition programs, and connecting to schools.
