The City of Sheboygan has received $70,000 to help take care of their Lake Michigan Shoreline.
The money is split between three grants from the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program, two worth $25,000 and one worth $20,000.
The bigger grants will be used for comprehensive outdoor recreation and coastal resource planning while the other will be used to help restore the shoreline.
The $20,000 grant was given directly to the Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission for technical assistance.
