Another La Crosse tradition is returning after taking a year off due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 16th Annual Irish Fest will be held at the Southside Fest Grounds from August 13th through the 15th.
The La Crosse County Health Department approved the event despite concerns over a recent surge in COVID-19 cases linked to the Delta variant, and Irish Fest was granted a special event permit by the city.
The only change from past events will be the sanitation stations placed around the festival grounds.
