There is only one meeting scheduled for today in Two Rivers. The City Council will gather at 6:00 PM in the Councill Chambers in City Hall.
After the public is given time to voice their input, City Manager Greg Buckley will give updates on the 24th and 25th/Madison Street projects and will explain two ordinances that will be presented at the August 16th meeting. Those ordinances are related to Sex Offender Residency and Nuisance Properties.
Buckley will also give an update on the discussions between the Cities of Two Rivers, and Manitowoc, and the Manitowoc Area Visitor and Convention Bureau.
The Council will also look over a letter from Next Era Energy them no longer maintaining the warning sirens, prior to entering a closed session.
In that session they will discuss possible City assistance to some unspecified economic development projects, and some possible property sales and purchases.
