Registration is now open for Holy Family Memorial’s (HFM) Lean on the Lakeshore program.
The 70-day community-wide health and wellness challenge provides individuals with the tools needed to eat healthier, move more, and achieve personal wellness goals.
The challenge begins on September 1st and runs through November 10th.
The goal is to work together to support participants as they make a lifestyle change to lead a more active and healthy life.
Registration is $50 and is open to people 18 years or older who live or work in Manitowoc County.
Participants will receive a free pre-and post- glucose level and lipid panel (valued at $60), a t-shirt, and access to the HFM Wellness Center for a week.
