The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says a greater percentage of the people testing positive for COVID-19 are young adults.
DHS reported Monday nearly 20% of all coronavirus cases are among patients 20-to-29 years old. Wisconsin public health officials say that the same trend has been seen for several months. The state reported 312 new cases Monday, bringing the seven-day average to 351 cases per day in Wisconsin.
