Two men from Green Bay were involved in a weekend shooting in Waupaca County, which reportedly stemmed from an argument over a beer can.
According to Waupaca County Sheriff Timothy Wilz, a group of people was tubing on the river, when a 35-year-old Green Bay man tossed a beer can into the water.
This instigated an argument, which ended when another man from Green Bay pulled out a gun and shot the litterer in the head.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
The suspect fled the area immediately and was allegedly back in Green Bay within an hour.
Investigators reportedly know the name of the suspect but have not made an arrest as of yet.
