
AdvisorSmith, a New York-based company that specializes in insurance information for business owners, recently released a list of the top cities where manufacturing is thriving, and Sheboygan made the cut.
In fact, in the small city category, Sheboygan came in second behind Columbus, Indiana. According to their research, Sheboygan saw a manufacturing output growth rate of 3.8% between 2015 and 2019, and their Manufacturing Output Per Capita was listed at $26,032, which is good for 8th overall.
Other Wisconsin cities to make the list were Wausau and Oshkosh, which came in 5th and 9th in the Midsize city category.
