There are a pair of meetings scheduled for today in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Rahr-West Art Museum Board of Directors, who will convene at noon at the museum.
After reviewing their financial accounts, they will look over a rental fee waiver request and will discuss the upcoming Sputnikfest event.
Then at 4:00 PM, the Community Development Authority will gather in the Second Floor Conference Room in City Hall.
They will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed revision to the Public Housing Authority Annual Plan, before looking over the financial report.
The group will also look over the design review applications for the River Loft Condos on Maritime Drive, and the Kwik Trip on Hamilton Street.
The CDA will adjourn after receiving an update in the River Point District, namely zoning and the planned unit development, and the revolving loan fund.
These are the final meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
