The trial date for a former Green Bay teacher accused of sexually assaulting students has been delayed.
46-year-old David Villareal was scheduled to be in court on July 26th, but due to his recent change in attorney, that date has been moved to October 6th.
Villareal, who was a teacher at Baird Elementary School, was arrested back in April after three former students came forward saying he touched them inappropriately between 2015 and 2017.
He is now facing two charges of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under the Age of 13, and one count of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child, all three of which are felonies.
