
A Green Bay man was taken into police custody over the weekend on his 4th OWI, and a number of drug charges.
According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, 30-year-old Kevin Serrano was pulled over at around 1:00 AM on Sunday (July 18th), as the Patrol Officer noticed signs of impairment.
A field sobriety test was administered, and it was determined that Serrano was impaired.
The subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and some other drugs, as well as drug paraphernalia.
Serrano was arrested and charged with his 4th OWI, his second offense Operating After Revocation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Methamphetamine, THC, and a Scheduled 1 or 2 Drug.
