The heavy rainfall Eastern Wisconsin has been experiencing over the past several hours has resulted in some flooding in several areas.
In Manitowoc, there is a significant amount of standing water on South 30th Street, just north of Division Street, making it impassable.
A flash flood warning has also been issued by Manitowoc County Emergency Services and will remain in effect until 6:00 AM.
The warning affects the area south of Mishicot to Cleveland, and between Lake Michigan and Oshkosh.
