As the summer rolls on, so too do the many events and festivals throughout the area.
One of the major events taking place this weekend is the Kiwanis Fish Derby and Festival, which will take place in Two Rivers.
The three-day event will start on Friday (July 16th) with music by Classic Friends from 7:00 until 10:30 PM at Walsh Field.
Saturday will feature Whiskey Ditch during the same time frame, and on Sunday, Dr. Bombay will take the stage from 1:00 until 5:00 PM.
There is also of course the fishing tournament with over $13000 in cash and prizes, including daily winners.
